Hm, I think I get what you mean. If you were to make the icon without animation (which I think you should) I think you should give him a different pose, such as putting his hands on his knees or something along the lines of that. But yeah, I agree with you. Speeding up or slowing it down wouldn't change it, I think that speeding it up would definetely make it look akward.

 I was thinking of putting the icon without the animation, what do you think? I was afraid that the speed of the animation would mess with people, but slower versions seemed lame somehow

 He s just pulling on both arms, one then the other. really fast. The arms elongate like if made from rubber. :) 

 I'm sorta confused with whats going on with his arm.
