I did use only the Binary Tool in Paint Tool Sai for this >.<

 This doesn't seem like Pixel art.. since there's been 128 colors used on it, and it's such a small sprite.. I don't think it's done with pencil tool but rather brush tool or something.. There's definitely no need for so many colors.. :- /
