I initially wanted to name the guy sand man, but then I realised the name was already taken, so sand human it is!

I'm actually quite proud of how this turned out. By now, and considering the result of my other entries to other contests, I'm not expecting to win any prize this time around, but it definitelly was fun to make. On to the next project!

@RetroStark It was kind of random really. I guess I was going for a sand wizard person thingie but the final result is really just pure randomness. Thanks anyways!

Very nice.  I can see where you where going with that preview but teeny weenies like that hurt your chances ;)
