 Am I the first person to notice the hand?

I'd like some back story to your piece. Is that the hand of god? Someone trying to climb to heaven? Showcasing that evil can still reach a place no matter how perfect? Very nice.

I agree that the dark outlines are a bit harsh, but otherwise great piece!

 The palette is very nice. It might need a sky tho.

I agree with Hiuru, mostly. I think the solid colour is fine, the problem is that the mountains go sharply from detailed to the flat colour, instead of having a gradual loss of value variation and detail.

 I agree with Hiuru. Also, removing the outlines would help smoothen the curves as you did for the clouds. Overall, it's beautiful though. 

 I think this would have looked neater without the outlines on the mountains and clouds and with a more detailed background in the very back, that solid color isnt really doing it for me
