I'm enjoying the strong dark outlines against the lighter parts, but it does come off a little too dark overall, maybe adding some lighter areas would increase the overall contrast even more c:

Not bad, not bad at all. :)

I like the overall composition and design. There are some things that need to be changed though.

The Pixeling itself is a bit messy and too much dithering/detailing gives the eye no point to rest. It is very hard to make out his face. Larger clusters should do the trick. Try to suggest detail without really painting it.

The colours (25 are too much), espacially midtones and highlights are a bit dull. I would change the first and second highlight to a light red hue.

Nice piece nonetheless.
