I think this came out really well. Seems like the sort of thing that would be in Mega Man X though and not an RPG. Is there a website for your game yet? I'd love to see more!
This is a fun little animation and I agree, this is a clever concept for an enemy in ARPG.

fyi, Pixeljoint preview files over 10k in size do not show on the front page which is why this is in the gallery but not showing. This is cool and you need do nothing but it can be overlooked because of this. This is why you see many previews say 'animated' or something similar.
Updating a preview is done by hitting the 'edit it' under the art and uploading a new file then hitting submit at the bottom of the page.
Great work. The only thing that bothers me is that the front is a bit hard to read. It took me a while to realize what the "head" was. I'm assuming the "eyes" are the vertical orange stripe now. But maybe you have other animations with this creature that show the front better.
