So basically, I did this piece for a group on deviantart called Colour Challenge. What they do is give you a pallette of 5 colors (though sometimes white and black are allowed) and you make something for their monthly contests. It was pretty fun, but 5 colors is hard to work with for what i wanted to do! I had the idea for the monster as soon as I looked at the palette, then it was just a matter of making it work.
