I decided to just go ahead and upload it again as a .gif, 18 opaque and 1 color for transparent = 19 colors.

The link you posted says that there are 10 transparent colors saved in my image. Is there any way to fix this without exporting it as a gif and controlling the export pallete?

Programmer art is usually crazy :P. This is really great though! (and yes as Muxaun mentioned you should get rid of those colors)

specs says there are 28 colors. try cleaning this piece.
