This is based off of one of Obama's campaign banner/poster things; and since I love small stuff this is the most similar likeness I could make at this level.

 I like the joke, he does say that a lot, but I agree it doesn't look like Obama. At first it looked like a white guy with a goatee. His eyebrows are invisible, his nose is narrow and his ears are tiny. I would do the face again from scratch to get the proportions right. Also, watch out for banding.

That does not look like Obama.
