i'd rather spend more time getting a proper anatomy than being worried about jagged lines.
the piece's quality is horribly diminished by the atrocious work you have right now on the body, wich makes all that effort put into making it look smooth a complete waste.
Fixed some AA, on the brown. Couldn't find a way to fix the mouth without making it jagged :L
The dark blue is just fine for that. I tried ;)
(also fixed mouth)
I decided to stay away from AA on the light green and brown because to add it, I would need an in-between color, as none of the other colors work well. I hate adding these in-betweens, especially because I don't like adding colors for the sole purpose of having more AA. Poor color picking on my part.
Anatomy-wise, I didn't use a ref for this at all, but either way it's just something I need to work on.
Good pixeling :) but bad anatomy :(
Why no AA on the black/brown contacts? It looks weird since there are tons elsewhere. The dark greyish blue could work. On the contrary, the mouth is too smooth.
You want more context? have him in the center of a life drawing lesson with some students sketching him ^^ That'll make the whole thing much visually understandable, in my opinion :)
A reference would have helped.
Hope to see more anatomy from you in the future.
