yeah,i think i could have made that bit of hair darker to differentiate as a quick fix or something..and yes i felt something was off with the outline but couldnt figure it out! but as for his height it was intentional, really good points man thank you :)

 This is pretty good, but the mix of black and colored outlines could be smoother. Perhaps using darker colored outlines would help. Also, the hair coming out of the "far" side of his face is easy to read as part of his mouth and muzzle. It's kind of like his nose is on the far side of his face, which is where you expect his mouth to be, but it's not.  Tails is a bit too tall here, as well - I think he should be stockier.

Anyway, keep it up!
