 You could tweah the torso to be more vertical if u know what I mean, but the overall quality and the idea of making 8 direction walk cycle template-kinda is great.

I like how you orientated the views.

I think the diagonal views look good in the rotation but the walks seem more like a 60 degree angle than a 45 degree angle.
