I'd say an additional frame for the front legs would greatly improve the animation, as it looks that at some point they kind of vanish. Other than that, it looks nice!

@KitKatFresse - they have really small and stubby tails, most of which are nearly invisible, so I just didn't include it for the sake of simplicity.
Thanks! There's not much detail to lose, haha. I just started doodling in a 150x150 space, so.
Nice job! A vast improvement from the original. Although you could probably have made this 50% smaller without losing any detail at all :)
Perhaps it would make the front legs' motions look smoother, but I don't think I'll be making any more changes to this. They don't vanish really, it's just that the do not stick out from the body as much in the "crouching" frame.
