I'm really glad you like it. I always had to think of what you would say about dem spess mareehns while I was working on them, hehe. I wasn't sure about the blue outline at first to be honest... good that I decided to keep it. :)

If I do a dread, it should be in a dynamic pose... more like your brilliant one.

I've been away from this site for a couple of months but thought I'd have a quick peek at what you have been up to, low and behold some fantastic 40k stuff, I love it and the blue outline really shows off the orange armour. So when we gonna see a whole Dreadnought?!

I tried ro keep the style even more cartoony than goodwin or blanche did. It was intented too like like a hard contrast to Smith or Kopinski for example. Far more suitable for a pixel-art game I guess. You can't beat Paul Bonner's style though... just brilliant stuff.

Yep, it looks pretty flat. I have no idea what to do about that. Very hard to get those flat surfaces look 3D with only a bunch of colours ;(. Hmm, darker shadows could do the trick...

Yay, more 40k stuff. And this is purely badass. A very interesting style for 40k, different from the usual style of John Blanche, Jes Goodwin, etc. Is this for some kind of mod or game? I would love to see a 40k game that could do justice to that universe.

My only critique is that the Dreadnoughts look quite flat compared to the nice Marine helmets.

Looks great. Looks like Blood Angel faction (judging from the colors). 

I like the transition for the dreadnought, the face of the mortally wounded marine, hehe.
