I don't think that border is pixeled.. has just too many colors out of which some are so similar that I just don't see a possibility that a person would have picked them manually. :/

hehe I actually bothered to reduce the colors, didn't use any color reduction tools, I got them down to 24 colors link

There's plenty of things to say here, but above all, when you're working with an image this size, less is more. There are so many details here that are very difficult to cram together in such a small picture with so many different colours. And dithering is not your friend, this image would be ten times better without dithering and complex textures, like you've used on the forest.

Thanks for the warning, when I made the art I did not care about the details of the color numbers. Soon I will edit this image created in 2013.
