I feel like since you animated pretty much everything you could also have animated the mouths or even ears.. those seem to be the only static spots really..

@Stava: You are totally right, but it took me a really long time and I was almost over the deadline with this, so I left the mouth and ears out. They are animated in another sprite of the same character, which is the attack animation, though. :)
