Your Mom is a 3-D redux!!! :D Yeah, I had a lot of inspirations, inculing 3D models, but there is no reduction on this picture!!! I´m still not as good as the Master of pixel-art like FOOL, but I try to mix all my inspirations together to make "the real thing" in a pixel art!! See the new version of her moving.... It´s already transparent again...
Have you ever seen a woman??? :D A moving woman??? There´s a problem to find and understand their movings right for a man...;) Mainly a pixel by a pixel!!! :D Try to look better on the streets...;) But THANX a lot...:)
none of these really answers what i asked. wich in turn, as manupix mentions, makes the piece more like a paintover work over a 3D model rather than properly handmande, if not simply edited over a much worse color redux.
it doesnt help it either that the whole problem with the face comes from it being simply pasted from this http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/72580.htm with some minor tweaks.
Great job getting that hip sway in the walk. It does seem to jut forward a bit... I think that would be an easy fix though.
Wow great anim, so fluid! But yeah that feet glitch
The face is too static, considering how everything else moves. Also it's not very girly, there's harshness in those cheeks. Also it's (probably) not exact iso but I don't think that's a problem, truly iso pixel faces don't often look good.
Edit: on 2nd thoughts, I'm not sure this is hand pixeled. The pixeling looks too random (especially compared to the anim), as apparent in the preview. 3-D redux?
It looks like she's thrusting her hips front and back. It should be more side to side? Very nice overall tho.
Thanx for your comment and very constructive criticism...
1.) Yeah, I see it now too that there is a little "jam" of feet in one frame... I`ll try to fix it...
2.) I don`t agree with you that her face isn`t isometric, but I understand what you mean... Maybe it`s just a personal view of an angle of slant... I looked at your iso character, and I think you like less sharp angle of view than me...
3.) I agree with you that emphasis of her left arm is bigger than right one... I`ll try to fix it...
I have 3 basic inspirations for creating of these animations... The 1st one are characters from Dofus game (look at www.dofus.com)... The 2nd one is Idleworm`s walking cycle tutorial (look at www.idleworm.com/how/anm/02w/walk1.shtml)... And the 3rd one are Pokecheck`s 3D female`s animations (look at pokecheckartz.deviantart.com/gallery/32493850)...
Thank you again for your opinions and I`m looking forward for your next remarks...
there's a weird issue going on when both feet met in one of the frames. it also appears her face isnt isometric, making it as if she wasn't looking where she goes. she seems to be putting more emphasis on her left arm as well.
what process did you follow to create the animation? i've struggling with an iso cicle recently and i'd like to see you aproach on the subject to compare it with mine.
Thank you....:)
