I personally like the stylisation. One thing asking for improvement would be color count possibly - 30 is a bit much, especially as there are only three actual hues (pink skin, green ?scarf?, white hair) - so I'm sure with some dithering it could be easily cut down. Her pose is also a bit stiff.

EDIT: To prove  my point - here's 22 color edit. Biggest change is replacing darkest browns and pure black with single shade of brown, but even leaving pure black alone for improved contrast it'd make 23.

I agree with Cure. It's not bad but if you made a few alterations this could be great

No offense, but rather than regal she looks like gollum. the long neck is probably the most jarring aspect, I would shorten it and include the trapezius muscle. she's also hunched over, arching the back and moving her head back would help. to make her more feminine you could cinch the waist and emphasize the hips more. The hands look like old man hands, I would remove most of the detail on them so that they look like the smooth hands of a young woman. the pose is also confusing, what is she doing with her hands? seems she is unsure where to put them, something more composed would better suit the elegant/poised look you're going for. head is also a bit big for the body. quick n' messy edit.
