It's little hard to tell where the dress ends and the skin begins. Also since you used a black outline for the whole piece might as well use it on her hair.

Great start! I think you can probably smooth out the moon a bit and you can lose at least half of the colors, but I really like the style of what you're doing and can't wait to see more!
