I think you did a great job with this. The colours are particularly appealing to me. In terms of anatomy, he seems to have a somewhat thin jaw and, therefore, a small chin. Not unrealistically so, but I'm not sure if that was intentional on your part. I also liked how you used the dithering, which is something I very rarely say.
