Oh that's a fair bit better! Sorry, didn't realise that was only the preview.

Overall I'd say it's fairly decent, though I do really like the way you've done those horizontal lights below the buildings.

I don't really understand why you've used dithering in this piece, what is it for? Where you've placed it seems a bit confusing and unecessary.
