That's right, it checks the amount of colours (and few additional things). In your case I'd replace similar colours with one colour. This picture can be made with using 16 (maybe 8?) colours.

300 colours, according to this quite useful tool http://hivemind.in/pj/specs/ - which is way too much..
Adam na verdade eu usei essa imagem como referencia para fazer a pixel-art, e não, não é uma cor reduzida, até pode parecer, porque eu fui colocando cores existentes na imagem original na pixel art.
