I think you focus too much on the shading small areas, such as the folds of the pants, when you should be working on the shape of the overall person and how light affects that, then you can go in after and do details. Maybe starting smaller would be better.

Nice concept, i like the details and color of the iron, but i unlike the anatomy of the foot...

I feel this could've been done with less colours, and the lighting on the weapon kind of contradicts the lighting on his body. Otherwise, I'd say this is a nice piece!
