Looks nicely made, good animation. Two things to know-

Avatars here need to be no more than 64x64 and this is 100x100. It looks like you just doubled the dimensions, so reduce it back to 50x50 and it'll work. Only the preview image (called the "small file" when uploading) needs to be this size to be used as an avatar, so you can still keep the full sized version here (called the "detail file") as it is.

For preview thumbnail images to show up on the front page of this site they need to be under 10kb in size and this looks like it's about 13kb. It'll still be visible when people are looking at the newest pixel art gallery, but for this to be seen on the front page the small file thumbnail will need to be reduced.

This is really nice. You could probably increase the contrast on the sweater a bit, and get rid of those 4 individual, dark pixels. Great job with the hair though.
