Weekly Challenge: Penguin Awareness Day
If you mean how fast it is, yeah. I have a thing for making really quick and twitchy animations. I should probably slow them down, but I like the smoothness they create. 
If you mean how twitchy his wave is, thaaaat probably has to do with how low the frame count is. I'm just too lazy to make more, I guess.
It definitely could've been better, but I wanted to make something for this challenge, since it looked so fun, and I didn't have much time left.
Oh well! Thanks, though. 
I like the animation and the collors, but is simple than others...
The animation is a bit sudden, I don't know how animations work so I have no idea how to fix it, but other than that I like it :P
He looks squishy :P. Cute little chap!
