Looks cool 
The bottom left hair's shape looks a little off to me and I don't know if those 3 pixels on her face are supposed to be there (I can't see the purpose of their placing) since they kinda clash with the color of the face itself, but other than that I like it.
EDIT: Just decided to look up the person you did the portrait of, and it turns out the 3 pixels were supposed to be there.
the skin and the face looks beyond amazing and appealing. good job!
