The beak mask thing was commen practice in the olden days for people who worked around the sick.  Its been in a number of games and movies because of its creepiness.

I think this is perfect as it is

the animation is nice & creepy, so good job with that!

I feel like the hat would be cooler, though, if you would make it a bit darker for more contrast..
