Totally! However, colors themselves can inspire too and I have only tried to point out that it can be a negative to remain within any comfort zone. Anything can inspire and bring a whole new layer to any artist and I feel compelled whenever I see any level of remaining in one place to point to other areas...cuz, I love you guys :)

You are silly. Its not cheating, its a tool like any other and especially useful/helpful to the color blind. Of course, I love your black/white stuff but expanding horizons is good for us.
@Jalonso i've seen this before, seems a bit like cheating. I have learned to use colour values to pick colours rather than my eye, that being said I still have to get used to picking good colours for pixel art. Thanks for the link though.

I'm colour blind, the black and white is somewhat personal to me, it's also easier in general for me rather than trying to pick colours.

This looks nice, check my mockups for the game B-Woox, my pixel art seems similar in style and in the reduced number of colors. ;)
