Like I already told you, there is too much dithering going on in some places, and AA on some parts is rather faulty.
Also why didn't you smooth out that horizontal line below the text? You wouldn't even have to add any shades...

Wow awesome work, The green raster looks very nice on that background. I personaly would remove the circle behind the 'IX' of Pixel, but its great no doubt about that.

The highlighting is really great, it's all so smooth and clear, hardly looks pixelated. 5 blue dots.
