You can't get anything past me, I know you stole the hair from the 90's bubblegum dance band the cartoons. Great sprite though nice and clean. Only thing you need to work on is having the shoulders look more attached when they move, you can acheive this by moving parts of the body at the same time. He also suffers from curse of the disappearing belt.
That pompadour would shame could shame Groose from LoZ. Nice and simple animation, it adds a lot.
