Okiedoke, I made the ears bigger. The right ear looks really wierd so I'm still trying to make it look right but for some reason the left ear is so much better looking and easier to do.

much better. ears are still a little small (bottom of ear should line up with bottom of nose, maybe more for a really old man) but looks much older overall.
