Perhaps it's time to work on getting your earlier work accepted, instead of just posting more and more new stuff that stays in the public queue?
We all know what pixel is, but I think you need to read more about pixel art and find some tutorials to learn about jaggies, banding, clusters, pixel control, etc.
The preview icon also needs to be pixel art, you can't just shrink the original pic with a shrinking tool.
