Made for fun and showing off some of the tiles, since the game was never finished.
 
Was made for Ludum Dare 25, (2 day span) about a year ago.
 
I know most of the problems with this, some tiles are missing (beds, upper cabinets, other decorative stuff), and I did not pay attention to color usage. Still, hopefully it's decent enough for submitting. 
 
Intended to be viewed at 2x.

Yeah def could be improved in a lot of those aspects, and the dark room is soo lazy. That's a product of trying to get the most out of my 2 days for the competition. Normally I would not do that. 

I've always wondered how to make those tiles appear more like they on the floor plane. Very useful tip, that I'll definitely keep in mind. Much appreciated, thanks.

Nicely pixeled =)

Could make better use of contrast for readability, goes with color count I guess.
The dark room is lazy! (global darkening instead of picking fewer darker colors and adapting light source )

Classic mistake on bathroom floor tiles (and other rooms in a lesser degree): the highlight above and shadow below the tiles make them appear vertical; invert these and the floor will look more horizontal. That's how light reflects from beveled tiles IRL.
