Thanks for taking the time to comment, I can see where you're coming from and I'll take your advice into consideration when practicing on future pieces. 

I really like the hat and necklace, and the shading is pretty good as well, but the anatomy is pretty far off. Hands are too small, there is no neck, shoulders don't line up properly, as well as the arms aren't consistent with each other and are also too small. Your pixel technique is great, and after looking through your gallery, you really just need to work on your anatomy. Get some references and start practicing!
