Hi, yes the original was more bigger than this image, i'd be very grateful if you help me with these problems with my pic,i dont understand some stuffs, and i need tips from people who make pixelart :) Saludos!

Lot of colours, broken outline, etc. so yeah, it's probably resized and shouldn't have been accepted in as it is now 
The outlines need a lot of clean up and there is weird pixels in the hair. Was this originally made larger then shrinked?

That will help you for the basics :)
