Thanks. I didn't intend it to look like that at first but then it reminded me of that toy in your pic! I thought, hey it'd be really cool and funny to hit somebody with a large goofy hand so I kept it. What I want to pull off now is sort of a hybrid of the that gooey hand toy and a mecha arm but it seems pretty hard, though.

This is excellent for a first animation. But it doesn't look so much like a robot hand as a big.... slimey hand. It looks very fluid and gooey, not mechanical. Like this

I don't know why but Photoshop does that when I save it as .gif. I'm still trying to figure out how to save them as clean gifs.

You have a lot of stray white pixels in these transparent animations, and a lot of off white pixels around the outlines of the character on the white background. Was this resized/shrunk at one point? Because it has done some funny things to it
