The dithering used here doesn't apply anything to your image, only makes it look messy. I understand it was for practice, though you should consider practicing various textures in pixel art rather just dithering for the sake of dithering - when it comes down to it, it's really just clicking dots of pixels in a checkerboard pattern and requires no "practice" persay. Although it does a good job at bringing out that "woah" as the title implies. :b
Not trying to bring you down, just would like to say paying attention to the actual form would benefit far more than unecessary dithering would. Keep it up! :)
