the dithering doesnt really work on the face and it makes it look like acne scars, and the hairline doesnt look like it's connected to the scalp. i say get rid of the darker outlines at her right hairline to make it "connect" more

otherwise, this is incredible

the envorment looks very realistic with the background rounded effect. also the character is a bit pillow shaded, I think.
