I don't think you're stupid. But the girl is pretty scary. And the so called teletubbie is also much scary. But I always been scared of The Teletubbies.
Anyway, I can't find better critiques than CELS, I guess.

This looks like 20 colors but has 78. Might want to work on that? Great atmosphere.

Well, you may be stupid, but you're pretty good at pixelling.
Stay away from black teletubbies standing under street lights though.
Critique: The road and grass transitions suddenly into a wall of darkness. Just a slightly smoother transition would be better.
