This is my first submission.  It is my entry for the Pixel Art Challenge: Police Brutality.  The robot cop is inspired by URL from Futurama.

@MasterSky, thanks for the input.  I added some frames inbetween the existing ones and I also attempted to give his free arm some slight movement.

it's good for your first submission, but you should add in a few more frames in between the ones you have now. it's really choppy in the state it's in now
