A small side project I'm doing making some RPG monsters for a friend. Thought I'd show my process a bit. I started with a rough pixel sketch then did the outline, blocked in color (using a 16 color pallette, not all used here though obviously), then adding shading. Part way through I realized I was making it way too messy and cleaned him up for the end. Meant to be viewed at 2x.
