The hair looks a bit... uh, wispy, I think. Due to the heavily uneven length in the back. Maybe it's a fashion thing I'm unfamiliar with. Other than that, this is fairly good. The clouds read a bit like waves to me, partly due to the fact that they're so flat, partly because the distant layer almost forms a dark outline on the closest layer of clouds and partly because thet distant layer has a very low saturation compared to the sky, I think.
Just my humble, ignorant opinion
