Anatomy looks quite solid and skin tone feels fresh. Some of AA wouldn't hurt though ;)

Perhaps it's just me but I think that the collarbone should be slightly more slanted, or more V shaped.

I would make the non shadow part of the shirt a little lighter, just cause I couldnt tell there was any shading on it at first, it just looked like a solid color. Otherwise looks good.
It's very clean and nice, but if you don't mind critique, I would lower the contrast down a bit. The #000000 black lines, especially, seem to stick out of what is otherwise a pastel-color drawing. I guess you've been working with a line art first and they just stuck around. The lone leftmost hair curve is also a bit distracting, if you ask me, but that just might be nit-picking. Welcome abroad!
