I am a Mac user too and for FF you can use the 'Stylish' extension which is detailed in the links section and the forum. For Chrome you can use the PJer created Pixezoom extension also detailed in the forum. Ask if you can't find those.
Hey Fairy, great to hear! :)
I know it could use some tweaking, but I accept flaws in my pics.
Everytime I am looking at my own PA stuff after some time, I find improvable things.
If I would revise my pics, no one would be ever finished.
Cheers.
Thanks a lot for your PM, Jalonso! :)
Normally I'm using CHROME (MAC).
But after reading a forum entry here on PJ, I swapped the browsers.
Firefox supports "nearest-neighbor" scaling indeed.
With this in mind, I'll re-upload the gallery pic in 100%.
Anything with Ironman is a thumbsup in my book. I agree with the below, there is some tweaking that would benefit this piece. However, anatomically and visually speaking, this has a lot going for it. Excited to see what you come up with next!
Check your PM inbox :) I sent you an explanation before seeing your post below.
What is your browser? There are extensions/solutions for every browser to keep pixels crisp and sharp when zooming.
Thanks a lot for your nice comment, Albertov! :)
This is my 2nd attempt to upload this pic.
My first upload was the animated version and I've got a message from PJ:
We're sorry to inform you that your submission does not meet our quality standards or the art needs revision for some miscellaneous reason.
Hey, good job on the armor! I think you can upload the animated version, this is pixel art. But the non animated with lights looks good too. Maybe upload it at 1x? It looks better at 100% in my opinion (others will use the + button to magnify and see details).
Hey CELS,
really glad you like! :)
Well, there is already a blue light effect on the armour - but VERY subtle.
I could have emphasize it a bit more - indeed.
Also thanks for the cool kneepad hint, but I guess I won't touch this piece anymore ...
I accept those flaws and try to do better next time - that's the way which works best for me.
Otherwise my pics wouldn't ever be finished, you know! ;)
This is pretty cool! Would have benefitted a lot from some blue lighting on the armour from the laser beams though. Also, maybe move the kneepads further to the front?
Thanks a lot for the hint, Jalonso!
I'll check out the "Pixezoom" extension asap.
Thumbs up!
