hey, thats pretty good. I think you did alot better this time. I like thicker lines in pixel art, no reason outlines have to be 1 pixel thick all the time.
Ahh, no matter how it's done, who it emulates, or how long it took, you can't not love some corgi art. <3
I tried to use the outline to give the whole thing a flatter feel, but I see what you mean. Thanks :)
I'm not sure the broad outline is beneficial here but it's really well done none the less
