Whoa, I could have sworn it said 24 colours. Anyhow, I fixed it (though now it's at 25 and not 24, what's going on!?) now so all should be good!.

Woha, this is brilliant.

I like how you stayed away from outlines and dark colours. It just works, especially on the sprites. They are looking great and their expressions read really well!  The design and pixeling of the icing, gems and props are top notch. Awesome transitions and dithering for the backround too. One of your best pieces yet.

The palette is excellent! Very tasty shadows and mids. Hmm, PJ specs says it still has 26 colours.. but what the heck!

There is not much I don't love about it.

27 colors is too many for this challenge; the max is 25, as you should know.  But I guess it's kind of too late since there's less than 20 minutes left at the time of posting this comment...
