Welcome to PJ! This is great for your first submission to here! If I may offer just two small crits, I think that using a dark purple or blue as oppose to pure black may be better and I think that making the green shades touch your black hair all around may be a bad idea since it really makes the pixel grid noticeable and makes things chunky looking (not sure if I explained that right D:).
