I got many troubles about the palettes (I used the NES/Famicom one this time), because I always work in one laptop. The screen is not really good; if I take a look my graphics in my laptop, I see the colors correctly (I mean, in the way that I want it looks like), but when I see my graphics in another screen, I always get scared because they're really dark and saturated. I am thinking to save some money and get a better screen when I move to the new apartment in 2 months.
I am so thankful that you guys let me know all those things because each time I read something like this, I get more convinced about buying a new screen.
Thank you :)
It may just be my monitor, but the blues look really dark and the darker blue armor color also being the lighter blue's shading kinda muddies up the piece. It's still pretty awesome regardless though :D
Very cool. Lil cutesy for me and the red seems unnecessary in places (without it, it would be easier to work on a real NES) but it's high quality and very well done.
In few minutes I'll add the timelapse (video) of this piece.
Thank you guys! sincerely, I Couldn't imagine that someone would like my design till the point to vote it lol
The actual colour values look fine to me on both my monitors (I run a dual screen set up on my laptop so that's my laptop's screen and the 4:3 19 inch monitor I plugged into the side of it) and yeah the colours themselves look absolutely fine.
