@neo: God, I hate finding out about cool games that were never released! But thanks for the link, the game looks sweet - I will definitely try out the demo and keep an eye on their website.

This is impressive. My favourite one this far for this weekly challenge.
No matter, or even thanks to the grayscale.
And I also like how the fist transforms into the gun like if it was liquid metal T-1000.
Congratulations for this piece, works like this make me wish to have more time and talent for doing my stuff... :P
This is neat but I find the animation of the gun arm changing confusing and not very readable. Really unique looking though and a great entry.
Oh, what I would give to see a whole game done in this style. With early Disney style animated background, trees, pipes and machinery dancing along with the soundtrack!

reminds a bit of Raz, which makes me think that a psychonauts + megaman hybrid could be an amazing game.
(Because it's supposed to emulate early Disney animation)
