Backgrounds and text are fine, but the whole piece has to be pixel art - digital art, for ex. a watercolor painting look-a-like painted in Photoshop, or using automated tools such as text antialiasing etc, are a bit contrary to the pixel art credo of artist having complete color and pixel-level control.
Oh. I thought that was my detail file. The actual transparent image is smaller and below it. Should my detail file not contain those things?
Nice concept, but unfortunately the background with the gradient and the text are considered non-pixelart elements and as it is it might not get through.
Okay. Thank you for the tip. I'll be sure to resubmit it without the gradient. :D
